SageSure is seeking a Strategy Portfolio Manager to lead the execution of strategic priorities and support senior leadership in achieving organizational goals. This role requires strong skills in strategic ideation, project execution, and process improvement.

Experience in catastrophe-exposed property insurance or a related field would be a plus. Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in consulting or project management can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills needed to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
In this role, you will lead the execution of capabilities that enable the effective delivery of top strategic priorities across the organization. You will optimize the execution of the Quarterly Planning Meeting framework, ensuring that leaders have a platform to discuss their strategic priorities and any material changes from the prior quarter. Additionally, you will facilitate Leadership Committee meetings, fostering collaboration among executive leaders to identify and address cross-functional opportunities or concerns. Your consultative support will be crucial in helping senior leadership navigate the complexities of strategic execution and drive organizational success.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment on evolving priorities and provide insights that help shape the strategic direction of the company. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in a competitive market. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in the strategic planning process.
