Overview

DoorDash is hiring an Account Executive for their In-Store Sales team to drive business growth by selling solutions to restaurants and hospitality groups. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. You excel at building relationships and understand the importance of consultative selling — you know how to listen to clients and identify their needs to provide tailored solutions. You are comfortable working in a field sales environment and are willing to travel as needed to meet clients in person. You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy partnering with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

Desirable

Experience with technology solutions in the hospitality sector is a plus. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will help you manage your pipeline effectively. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for selling In-Store solutions to restaurants and hospitality groups. You will engage with operators to understand their business needs and run consultative discovery sessions to recommend solutions that enhance guest engagement and operational efficiency. Your role will involve prospecting and closing new business, conducting live product demonstrations, and engaging with customers both virtually and in person.
