Airtable is seeking an Account Executive for Commercial Accounts to drive new business and expand their customer base. You'll manage the full sales cycle and become an expert in the Airtable product. This role requires 1-2 years of sales experience.
You have 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in a technology or software environment — you've successfully managed the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and understand the nuances of customer engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are a quick learner and can become an expert in the Airtable product, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to potential customers. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to conduct discovery calls and demos with confidence. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing time in the office with remote work. You are motivated by achieving sales goals and are eager to contribute to the growth of a leading no-code platform.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, which includes running discovery calls and demos, negotiating contracts, and closing new business to hit and exceed sales goals. You will understand various use cases and sell across different industries, engaging with some of the fastest-growing customers. You will conduct calls with customers and prospects to gain insights into their organizational structure, key decision-makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflows. As an Account Executive, you will become an Airtable product expert, delighting prospects with a phenomenal educational experience and providing valuable feedback to cross-functional teams. You may also be expected to work outside of standard hours during peak times to fulfill time-sensitive responsibilities. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase Airtable's footprint beyond the existing customer base and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
