DEUNA is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge technical architectures with strategic business outcomes for enterprise merchants. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Solutions to demonstrate the value of AI-powered payment solutions. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
You have a strong background in pre-sales engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role that involves engaging with enterprise clients. Your ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, value-driven solutions is a key strength. You are comfortable working with C-level executives and have a knack for understanding their business needs and pain points. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain integrations and flows effectively during demos. Your technical toolkit includes proficiency in Postman and the ability to read and understand API payloads, which enables you to navigate technical documentation with ease. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with sales and product teams to drive successful outcomes.
Experience in the payments industry or with payment orchestration platforms would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with data orchestration and AI technologies is also desirable, as it aligns with DEUNA's mission to revolutionize global commerce. A background in value-based selling and the ability to build cost-to-performance business cases will set you apart.
