Who you are

You have over 5 years of tech sales experience, particularly in selling IT Infrastructure or SaaS solutions. Your track record showcases your ability to land new logos consistently, demonstrating your relentless drive and goal-oriented mindset. You understand the nuances of working with large enterprise accounts and have experience collaborating with channel partners to maximize growth opportunities.

You are a strategic thinker who can define and execute effective sales plans tailored to your assigned territory. Your experience includes prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quotas. You thrive in environments where you can develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently.

Your ability to present complex solutions within data center design environments sets you apart. You are skilled at co-selling and strategizing with partners, distributors, and value-added resellers (VARs), enabling rapid growth and expansion of Rubrik's offerings. You are also proactive in providing feedback to management about market opportunities and potential new business channels.

Desirable

Experience working with channel partners is a plus, as is a strong understanding of the local market dynamics in the UKI region. You are highly driven and possess a goal-oriented mindset, which is essential for success in this role. Your ability to collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Development teams enhances your effectiveness in driving pipeline generation daily.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing enterprise accounts across the UKI region. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new logos by discovering and developing new opportunities while managing your sales pipeline effectively. You will execute account strategies that encourage existing customer expansion, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.

You will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. Your role will involve developing and managing a sales pipeline that moves a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working closely with large enterprise accounts to present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center design environments.

Collaboration will be key in your role, as you will co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth. You will also provide Rubrik's management with valuable feedback about local market opportunities and the identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships. Your ability to drive pipeline generation daily will be crucial in achieving your sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
