DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member in Oklahoma City to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders. You'll engage in day-to-day operations and ensure product quality. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in physical environments.
You are a motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments — you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and actively engaging in day-to-day operations. You understand the importance of inventory management and are committed to ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You have a keen eye for product quality and freshness, and you follow all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes diligently. You are a team player who contributes to a positive working environment, embodying the DoorDash value of 'one team, one fight' in all you do.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers. You will communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed, enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
