What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Ada, you will be responsible for shaping the AI Manager experience within our Dashboard. You will collaborate with the Training Team to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that enhance the training process for AI Managers. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and iterating on feedback from users and stakeholders. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company. Your insights will help drive the evolution of our product, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users while aligning with our mission to deliver extraordinary customer service.
