Contentsquare is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical troubleshooting support for enterprise customers. You'll assist clients in maximizing their use of the Contentsquare platform, requiring skills in Zendesk and JIRA.
You have a strong interest in customer support and technical troubleshooting, ideally with some experience in a similar role. You are comfortable communicating with clients and helping them resolve complex issues related to digital analytics and experience intelligence platforms. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a supportive team environment. Exposure to digital analytics, tag management systems, or data instrumentation is a plus, as is familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk and JIRA. You are a quick learner who is excited about technology and eager to help customers succeed with their data-driven products.
