What you'll do

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings, units, and homes, including conducting move-out, make-ready, and onboarding inspections. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes, ensuring that both common areas and amenities are well-maintained. Your role will involve servicing multiple properties, requiring you to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of each location.
