What you'll do

As a Senior Back Office Consultant at Ridgeline, you will lead end-to-end functional implementations of our enterprise cloud software for investment management customers. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, designing, configuring, and deploying workflows that span the full investment lifecycle. You will use cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to improve implementation efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate adoption. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions you implement meet the needs of our clients and drive their success. You will also be responsible for providing insights and recommendations based on your deep understanding of the investment management landscape.
