ESO is seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage the sales process for new business within the Fire/EMS market. You'll focus on new logo acquisition and develop strategic sales strategies tailored to prospective agencies. This role requires 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience.
You have 3-5 years of enterprise or outside sales experience, demonstrating a strong ability to manage the sales process effectively. You thrive on hunting for new business opportunities and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop tailored sales strategies that resonate with prospective agencies or departments. You are comfortable with a 50% travel requirement and possess a team seller mentality, collaborating effectively with colleagues to drive sales success.
As a Regional Account Executive at ESO, you will manage the sales process for new business sales within the Fire/EMS market. Your primary focus will be on new logo acquisition, which includes prospecting and networking efforts to identify potential clients. You will develop and manage a sales pipeline for assigned named accounts in your region, ensuring that you meet your sales goals. Engaging with key decision-makers and industry partners through onsite meetings, trade shows, and networking will be crucial to your success. You will demonstrate ESO products through meetings and sales presentations, effectively communicating the value of our offerings to prospective clients. Additionally, you will lead and support contract negotiations, driving sales opportunities to closure while accurately forecasting sales opportunities and managing your pipeline accordingly. Utilizing CRM tools effectively will be essential for documenting and updating your daily activities.
