Dropbox is seeking a GTM Strategy Partner to drive growth and customer acquisition strategies. You'll conduct data-driven analyses and collaborate with various teams to shape impactful GTM decisions. This role requires familiarity with analytical frameworks and a background in GTM motions.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct structured, data-driven analyses that identify growth opportunities and risks. You are familiar with customer scoring and advanced analytical frameworks, which you leverage to inform GTM strategies effectively. Your experience includes developing programmatic GTM motions and Sales Plays, giving you a solid understanding of how to drive measurable revenue outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure strategies are sharp and executable in the field.
You have a keen interest in the AI market and understand AI product adoption patterns, which can provide valuable insights into customer targeting and segmentation. Your ability to translate complex insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations is a key strength, enabling you to shape high-impact decisions for GTM Leadership. You are comfortable presenting to senior leadership and have a track record of influencing strategic decisions.
In this role, you will run the engine room for strategy and insights that guide how Dropbox grows, defends, and acquires customers. You will lead the insight and problem framing behind GTM decisions, including customer targeting, segmentation, and prioritization. Your work will directly influence the iteration of Sales Plays and planning and forecasting processes. You will design analytical frameworks and performance dashboards that provide visibility into the effectiveness of GTM strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that strategies are data-informed and executable in the field, driving measurable revenue impact.

The role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of CAD 147,900 to CAD 200,100.
