OKX is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development and management of their Earn & Loan financial products. You'll collaborate on product enhancements and client needs analysis, requiring a solid understanding of financial products.
You have a strong background in product management, particularly in financial products, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes product strategy and risk assessment, allowing you to effectively analyze client needs and market trends. You are detail-oriented and motivated, with a passion for developing innovative financial solutions that meet customer demands. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at working with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and have a knack for turning insights into actionable product ideas. Your communication skills enable you to pitch ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision and strategy.
In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of OKX's loan products, from development to market positioning. You will support risk assessment processes related to client portfolios and trading strategies, helping to monitor risk indicators and identify potential red flags. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, you will assist in client pitching and product enhancements, ensuring that the products meet market needs and regulatory requirements. You will also conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, using this information to refine product strategies.
