You have extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting senior executives. You excel at managing complex calendars and have a knack for organizing travel and events seamlessly. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interact effectively with various stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus. You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in your work. You are proactive and can anticipate the needs of the executive you support, ensuring their time is optimized for maximum impact.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to GitLab’s Chief People Officer, ensuring their time, information, and priorities are aligned with the goals of GitLab’s People Group. You will manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared in advance. You will orchestrate end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while also planning events that align with the company’s objectives. You will be responsible for turning high-level ideas into actionable plans, ensuring that the executive can focus on strategic initiatives. You will also handle correspondence, filtering communications to prioritize urgent matters and delegating tasks as necessary. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to gather information and prepare reports that support decision-making processes.
