Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive experiences for their enterprise SaaS platform. You'll work with Figma and Smartsheet to create innovative solutions that empower business customers. This role requires a strong background in product design and user experience.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. Your expertise in Figma allows you to translate complex ideas into elegant solutions that resonate with users. You understand the importance of user-centered design and have a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design initiatives forward. You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your designs is polished and effective. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different regions. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on your designs to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and best practices in user experience. You may have worked in agile environments and understand the importance of iterative design processes. A background in user research and usability testing will further enhance your ability to create impactful designs.
In this role, you will define and drive the mobile design experience for key areas of the Smartsheet enterprise platform. You will lead the design lifecycle for major initiatives, creating high-level frameworks and conceptual prototypes while delivering detailed specifications. Your work will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that the final product aligns with business goals and user needs. You will evangelize best practices in design and empower stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences. Your role will also include conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You will stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into your work, helping to position Smartsheet as a leader in collaborative work management.
