DoubleVerify is seeking a VP, HR Business Partner - International to lead HR strategy across EMEA and APAC. You'll partner with executive teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent management. This role requires deep international HR expertise and exceptional commercial acumen.

Who you are

You are an experienced HR leader with a proven track record in international human resources, ideally with over 10 years of experience in the field. You possess exceptional commercial acumen and have successfully partnered with executive teams to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies across diverse markets. Your ability to navigate complexity and provide data-led insights makes you a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You have a deep understanding of workforce planning and leadership capability development, ensuring that your teams are equipped to meet the challenges of a high-performance organization.

You are passionate about building scalable organizations and have experience leading HR teams in international settings. Your collaborative approach allows you to act as an ambassador for the HR function, fostering strong relationships both within and outside your reporting location. You understand the importance of cultural nuances in HR practices and are adept at tailoring strategies to fit different regional needs. You are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive, and you encourage diverse perspectives in decision-making processes.

Desirable

Experience in the digital media or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven HR practices. What you'll do
