DoorDash is seeking a Mobile Engineer to build and maintain their Android app, which is critical for their logistics engine. You'll work with Android SDK and contribute to a large-scale infrastructure. This role requires 2+ years of experience in Android development.
You have a B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 2 years of industry experience developing within the Android SDK in a product environment. Your strong understanding of systems and object-oriented programming allows you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You are familiar with Android testing best practices and are eager to keep up-to-date with industry standards in Android development. Experience with real-time data transfer and synchronization problems is a plus, as is a passion for continuous improvement in code quality through refactoring and unit testing.
