Amazon is hiring an RME Coordinator to oversee facility and administrative activities, ensuring maintenance and troubleshooting of various systems. You'll work with electrical and mechanical systems in Coimbatore.
You have experience in facility management and are skilled in coordinating maintenance activities. You are familiar with technical checks and have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Your ability to troubleshoot and maintain power distribution systems, as well as conveyor systems, sets you apart. You are dedicated to supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently. You have experience working with vendors for warranty and AMC systems, and you are proactive in managing energy consumption and maintenance schedules. You are comfortable handling minor refurbishment and upgrade works, as well as conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers. Your organizational skills allow you to manage tools inventory and provide daily reports on maintenance activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall facility and administrative activities at Amazon's Coimbatore location. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per the PPM schedule, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will attend TT calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC. Your role will involve maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also be responsible for energy consumption readings and DG maintenance. Additionally, you will handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained. You will provide daily reports on TT closures and open cases, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
