As a Product Engineer II, you will discover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions tailored for the defense industry. You will configure ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models to meet specific industry requirements. Collaborating with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams, you will define and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will also draft and review product briefs, presentations, and documentation to ensure clarity and effectiveness in communication. Additionally, you will design and author test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability, executing both manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
