Carvana is seeking an Auto Body Repair Technician to perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers a competitive hourly wage.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with minor plastic welding and small area bodywork, including Bondo repair, is a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in automotive repair will help you thrive in this role. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.
As an Auto Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for repair, which includes sanding and buffing to ensure a smooth finish. You will remove and install bumpers as part of the repair process, ensuring that all components are securely fitted. Minor plastic welding will be part of your duties, allowing you to enhance your skill set in automotive bodywork. You will also perform small area bodywork, including Bondo repairs, to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
