You have a strong background in workplace health and safety, with experience in implementing safety policies and ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations. Your ability to build trust and influence change within operations teams is essential, as you will be partnering closely with site operations to execute safety initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to convey safety standards clearly to various stakeholders. Your knowledge of safety programs, environmental regulations, and ergonomic practices is critical in creating a safe working environment for associates.
You are proactive in identifying best practices and continuously improving safety policies. Your experience in leading teams, particularly in safety roles, equips you to mentor and develop safety associates effectively. You understand the importance of data analysis in risk assessment and are skilled at using this information to drive safety improvements.
