Overview

Opendoor is seeking a Growth Product Manager to optimize the seller journey from first click to request submission. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing, utilizing SQL and A/B testing to drive measurable improvements in acquisition and activation.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management with a focus on growth, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are data-driven and comfortable using SQL to analyze funnel data and experiment results — you thrive on making decisions based on metrics and insights rather than assumptions. You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. You are proactive and take initiative, often seeking out answers and solutions independently. You understand the importance of user experience and are passionate about optimizing the customer journey to enhance acquisition and activation rates.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with web optimization tools. A background in the real estate or tech industry would be beneficial, giving you insights into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your work and the processes around you.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the seller growth funnel from the initial website visit through to request submission. You will identify and prioritize optimization opportunities that can significantly impact conversion rates. You will design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across various platforms, including the website and onboarding flows, to drive measurable improvements in seller acquisition and activation. You will build a rigorous experimentation roadmap, ensuring a steady velocity of experiments per sprint while maintaining high standards of quality and analysis. You will collaborate closely with Growth Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing teams to implement high-leverage improvements based on your findings. Your work will directly influence company-level metrics, making this a high-impact role within Opendoor.
