You are familiar with modern cloud technologies and have experience with tools like AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker. What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement the distributed backbone for Netflix's Observability platform, focusing on AI-driven analysis and orchestration systems. You will develop robust ingestion and correlation layers that unify signals from logs, metrics, traces, and alerts, ensuring seamless integration across cloud and on-prem environments. Your work will directly impact Netflix's ability to detect anomalies in system health and troubleshoot issues effectively.

You will collaborate closely with the Observability, SRE, and Platform teams to scale AutoSRE as a self-serve, extensible AI agent for Netflix engineering. This involves optimizing workflows for real-time, actionable recommendations and automating root cause analysis (RCA) processes. Your contributions will help enhance the reliability and performance of Netflix's services, ultimately improving the experience for millions of users worldwide.

You will also participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. Your insights will help shape the future of observability at Netflix, ensuring that our systems remain robust and responsive to the needs of our engineering teams.
