Overview

ESO is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships and upsell opportunities within the hospital market. You'll focus on developing sales pipelines and ensuring customer success. This role requires 2+ years of experience in direct selling or account management.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in a direct selling or account management role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. You possess a team enterprise sale mentality, which allows you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Your drive and ability to work independently are complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers.

You are adept at managing a sales pipeline for a territory of named accounts in the United States, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail. Your experience in the hospital market gives you a unique perspective on client needs, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively. You are comfortable engaging in networking and lead generation activities to develop a robust sales pipeline and grow existing business.

Desirable

Experience in the hospital, state, or federal sectors is a plus, as it will enhance your understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by clients in these areas. Familiarity with contract negotiations and sales forecasting will further strengthen your candidacy, as these skills are essential for driving sales opportunities to closure.

What you'll do

In your role as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing ongoing relationships with existing customers in the hospital market. You will engage in regular communication with clients, educating them on ESO products through meetings and sales presentations. Your ability to develop and progress sales proposals that address the specific needs of clients will be crucial in this position.

You will accurately forecast sales opportunities and lead contract negotiations, ensuring that you drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. Your focus will be on customer targets through the East Coast, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions, requiring you to be proactive in your approach to client engagement.

You will work closely with stakeholders from the hospital, state, and federal sectors, collaborating to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. Your role will involve networking and lead generation activities to develop a strong sales pipeline, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
