Lyft is seeking a Technical Partnership Manager to manage key strategic partnerships related to rider and driver products. You'll collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive product growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in technical partnerships.
You have a strong background in managing technical partnerships, ideally within the tech or transportation sectors. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and improve customer experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with external partners effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and optimization in partnership strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the impact of your work on the overall success of the organization. You understand the importance of aligning technical capabilities with business objectives, ensuring that partnerships contribute to Lyft's mission.
Experience in the ridesharing or payments industry is a plus. Familiarity with financial products such as gift cards and payments reporting will help you excel in this role. A background in project management or product management can also be beneficial, as it will enhance your ability to coordinate initiatives across various teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key rideshare partnerships, ensuring that Lyft's payment products meet the needs of both riders and drivers. You will collaborate closely with external vendors and internal teams, including Pay Product and Pay Engineering, to launch new programs and optimize existing ones. Your focus will be on enhancing customer experience through strategic partnership management, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will also support planning efforts for the Payment, Identity, and Integrity (Pii) team, working to grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities for collaboration. Your ability to analyze data and feedback will be crucial in shaping partnership strategies and ensuring alignment with Lyft's goals.
