Flex is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Onboarding to enhance the consumer experience in their FinTech platform. You'll be responsible for developing product strategies and optimizing user growth. This role requires experience in product management and a strong understanding of user engagement.
You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in onboarding and user activation strategies. You understand the importance of creating seamless first-time user experiences and have a knack for analyzing growth funnels to drive user engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor KPIs effectively, ensuring that you can optimize for net new users and reactivations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the onboarding experience for a growing FinTech product. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about empowering users and understand the impact of a well-designed onboarding process on overall product success.
As the Lead Product Manager for Onboarding at Flex, you will take ownership of the onboarding and activation processes within our consumer app and web experience. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that optimizes the onboarding journey for new users while also focusing on re-engagement strategies for existing users. You will analyze user behavior and growth funnels to identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with design and engineering teams to implement changes that enhance the user experience. You will be responsible for defining success metrics and KPIs related to onboarding and activation, ensuring that the team is aligned on goals and objectives. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights that inform product decisions and collaborate with marketing to ensure that onboarding experiences align with broader company messaging. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and gather feedback, ensuring that the onboarding process continuously evolves to meet user needs.
