What you'll do

As a Contract Associate, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and licensing agreements. Your role will involve ensuring that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will identify and mitigate legal and business risks in contract terms and conditions, playing a crucial role in protecting the company's interests.

You will oversee the preparation and submission of reports related to contract performance, compliance, and obligations. Developing and implementing processes to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency will be part of your responsibilities.
