Google is seeking a Regional Product Lead for Mid-Market Sales to drive product adoption across the APAC region. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders. This role requires fluency in English and Japanese and experience in product management.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management within the technology sector. Your background includes working closely with Product Management or Engineering teams, as well as engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You possess the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Japanese, which is essential for managing client relationships in the region. You have experience in developing business strategies and managing cross-functional initiatives, showcasing your capability to navigate complex organizational structures.
You are skilled in influencing executive-level leaders, managers, and sellers, and have a track record of leading workshops and presentations. Your experience includes pitching and activating Measurement solutions across a sales organization, demonstrating your understanding of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization and how to effectively engage sellers on products. You thrive in changing and ambiguous business environments, adeptly managing both operational tasks and growth initiatives, including setting OKRs and allocating resources to projects. Your excellent communication, people-management, leadership, and problem-solving skills set you apart as a strong candidate for this role.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing Measurement product adoption across the APAC region by working directly with GCS sellers and customers. You will collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, influencing executive business stakeholders and directing the product activation strategy for Google Customer Solutions business programs. Your responsibilities will include leading the activation of Measurement products, monitoring and reporting on key performance drivers, and developing effective narratives and product expertise to share with promoters. You will work closely with teams across regions to increase product adoption and develop compelling business cases that influence product prioritization for GCS customers. Staying informed about Ad Measurement, Analytics trends, and global privacy regulations will be essential to your success in this role.
