Monetization Operations Specialist (Controllership)

Who you are

You have a strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with legal language in contracts. Your experience in onboarding processes will help you build scalable and auditable systems for new and existing users. You are self-disciplined, diligent, and proactive, with a builder's mindset that allows you to question assumptions and conventional wisdom. While not required, knowledge in payments and the fintech industry is a plus, as is the ability to adapt to changing requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding sold custom contracts into Stripe's billing systems, ensuring that the process is accurate and timely. You will partner with internal systems, deal desk, legal, sales operations, internal audit, and account managers to develop and improve onboarding processes. Your work will directly impact user experience and operational excellence within the Finance Operations team. You will also collaborate with engineers to enhance integrated financial systems, ensuring that workflows are efficient and effective.
