Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives in developing and optimizing sourcing and supply chain solutions across Asia countries.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to help Asia based Sellers optimize their overall supply chain for efficiency and resilience. This role will focus on leveraging AI and advanced technologies to identify and develop new sourcing opportunities, optimize supply chain operations, and create scalable solutions that enable sellers' success in Amazon stores worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and country account management teams to build and execute the product roadmap.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to identify potential product supply in Asia countries to address customer demands, and to recommend supply chain solutions for Sellers.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of sourcing and supply chain management initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency through technology innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different regions- Experience with AI/ML implementation and end to end solution delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with focus on supply chain or sourcing
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, with proven track record of launching successful products and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience in marketplace or e-commerce platforms
- Background in supply chain technology or digital transformation
- Understanding of supply chain operations and sourcing strategies
