What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement Five9’s Customer Data Platform solutions, enabling production use cases for customers. You will develop highly scalable and resilient services for ingesting large-scale datasets, ensuring that the platform can handle increasing volumes of data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve architecting data pipelines that ensure data quality and governance, providing a single source of truth for analytics and engagement. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of data systems and optimizing them for efficiency. As a key member of the data engineering team, you will contribute to shaping the data foundation that influences how Five9 understands and serves its customers.
