Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various bodywork techniques. Your background includes heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, and extensive experience with Bondo repair. You are skilled in performing repairs on multiple panels, including roof and rocker panel repairs, showcasing your versatility in the field. You are also capable of training other autobody technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their roles. You understand the importance of delivering quality work and are committed to maintaining high standards in your craftsmanship.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive bodywork on vehicles, ensuring that they meet the company's quality standards. You will work on various repairs, including heavy plastic welding and metal straightening, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Your role will also involve training and mentoring other technicians, helping them develop their skills and improve their performance. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you have the best resources at your disposal to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will be expected to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer demands, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success.
