What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the backlog of incidents and requirements, ensuring timely resolution of errors and adaptive requests in reporting. You will participate in meetings with users to gather, analyze, and define modifications to existing reports or the creation of new ones. Acting as a functional liaison between business users and SAP BO developers, you will ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. You will facilitate and coordinate daily meetings for the team, maintaining visibility of progress, priorities, and any blockers. Regular reporting on the status and advancement of developments to the support coordinator will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide functional support to users, guiding them in the correct use of available reports and proactively assisting with incident analysis to differentiate between technical issues and training needs.
