Hootsuite is seeking an Account Manager, Scale to maintain relationships with existing customers and drive renewals and upsells. This role requires strong commercial skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing customer relationships at scale. Your commercial skillset allows you to effectively drive customer renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You excel in maintaining day-to-day contact with customers, ensuring they realize the value of the products and services offered. You are adept at collaborating cross-functionally to provide customer value throughout the sales cycle. You understand the importance of customer health and experience, and you proactively engage with customers to provide insightful market information and solutions. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are located within commuting distance of either Toronto or Vancouver.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management tools. You are data-driven and can provide forecasts and maintain account data health effectively. You thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you are eager to contribute to a team pipeline of upsell and product add-on opportunities.
In this role, you will maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with customers for pooled accounts, focusing on driving customer health and experience. You will develop rapport with customers by proactively providing insightful market information and solutions that showcase the maximum benefits from Hootsuite products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion in your low ARR accounts by focusing on customer engagements at scale. You will educate customers on Hootsuite’s value proposition and contribute to generating a team pipeline of upsell and product add-ons. You will also provide weekly forecasts and maintain rolling forecasts, including monitoring and reporting account data health. Your ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with customers will be key to your success in this role.
