What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing approximately 300 high severity executive escalations annually. You will conduct investigations that require examining buyer-seller-brand interactions and performing root cause analysis to identify defect drivers of seller fraud and abuse. Each investigation will involve scrutinizing evidence across various dimensions, including account connections and policy compliance.

You will work closely with different teams to develop solutions that address the root causes of escalations. Your role will require you to maintain a high level of investigation accuracy and adhere to strict timelines for closing cases. You will also be responsible for tracking issues back to their original sources, ensuring that all findings are documented and communicated effectively.

Your success in this position will depend on your ability to connect disparate data points and identify patterns that may indicate systemic issues. You will play a crucial role in enhancing Amazon's risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
