Overview

Google is seeking a Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate to drive business development and manage partnerships in the Ad Platforms team. You'll work closely with C-level executives and cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in online advertising and adtech. This role requires 4+ years of experience in business development or partnerships.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, particularly in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Telecom, E-Commerce, and Technology. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and managing complex agreements or partnerships. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, allowing you to navigate ambiguity in a changing business environment. Your background in Partner Management or Business Development in online advertising, data onboarding, or adtech is a significant asset, as is your ability to operate across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

Desirable

Experience identifying partners and structuring complex agreements, including negotiation and execution, is highly valued. You have a proven track record in managing sensitive partnerships in policy-complex contexts, showcasing your ability to handle intricate business relationships effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Your business acumen and extensive product knowledge will enable you to interact with partners and help them grow using Google's latest product offerings. You will pitch to internal stakeholders and external partners globally, structuring and closing complex negotiations. Managing partner relationships globally will be a key responsibility, as you collaborate with executive partners and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to launch negotiations successfully.
