You have a strong background in engineering management, with experience leading teams in the aerospace or related industries. As the Manager of Stage Propulsion, you will lead a team responsible for designing and delivering the propellant, pressurant, pneumatics, and other fluid systems that are critical to the functionality of the Terran R rocket. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of these systems, from initial design through production and testing, ensuring that they meet the rigorous standards required for successful flight operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these systems into the overall rocket design, maintaining a focus on performance, reliability, and safety.
You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Stage Fluids team, defining project goals, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines.
