What you'll do

As the Director of Program Management and Operations, you will lead a team responsible for managing programs and confidential projects that support Apple’s global real estate portfolio. You will work closely with various stakeholders to define and implement processes that enhance existing systems and deliver innovative solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of capital construction projects and ensuring they align with Apple’s sustainability initiatives.

You will drive the implementation of new tools and technologies that empower the Places teams to perform at their best. This includes enhancing reporting capabilities and data analytics to support operational decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across all facilities.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within the team. You will mentor program managers, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
