Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree preferred. You possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, which you have applied in your previous roles. Your project management skills are excellent, particularly in risk management and resource allocation, allowing you to navigate complex projects effectively. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical programs, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage initiatives from inception to delivery. Your leadership and interpersonal skills enable you to influence without direct authority, fostering collaboration among diverse teams. You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs for Seller Fulfillment Technology at Amazon. You will develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and on track. Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies. You will facilitate decision-making processes, removing obstacles to program success and driving continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will mentor junior program managers, contributing to the development of best practices within the organization. Your role will involve communicating program status, milestones, and key metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project.
