Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead initiatives in the travel sector. You'll leverage your expertise in digital advertising and consultative sales to drive client success. This role requires fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. Your ability to communicate fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin enables you to effectively manage client relationships. You are skilled in leading Joint Business Plans (JBP) and utilizing data for business forecasting and sales pipeline management. Your knowledge of Google's advertising ecosystem is complemented by a proven track record of deploying AI-driven features for customer growth automation and optimization. You understand key vertical business models and macro-trends, advising clients on AI's impact on P&L and market positioning. You excel at creating compelling, data-driven narratives for C-suite audiences, simplifying complex AI concepts to influence the adoption of transformative strategies. Your project management and operational discipline skills have led to successful outcomes in previous roles, and you are committed to maximizing customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives that drive growth in the travel sector, advocating for innovative products that address vertical-specific complexities. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver holistic strategies that align with client needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities to enhance the growth trajectory of your clients and reinforcing partnership health. You will proactively engage with clients, utilizing your expertise to advise them on the best strategies for leveraging Google's advertising solutions.
