You have a strong background in identity and access management, with experience in building relationships with partners and delivery teams. You understand the importance of aligning project deliverables with best practices and are skilled at providing recommendations to enhance delivery capabilities. Your ability to develop a deep understanding of partner goals and capabilities allows you to grow practices effectively. You are a lifelong learner who thrives in collaborative environments and can adapt to the evolving needs of partners.

Desirable

Experience with Okta's IAM platform is a plus, as is familiarity with partner enablement strategies. You are comfortable navigating complex project landscapes and can drive alignment across various teams. Your communication skills enable you to build trusted advisor relationships with partner delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner leadership and delivery teams. You will drive alignment on best practices and project deliverables, ensuring that partners can deliver as designed. You will review partner delivery capabilities and provide recommendations for improvement, working closely with Okta Professional Services when necessary. Your goal is to develop a trusted advisor relationship with partner teams, enabling them to achieve their objectives and maximize their investment in the Okta IAM platform.

You will also be involved in driving partner enablement and certifications, ensuring that partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. By understanding the unique capabilities and goals of each partner, you will help grow their practices and enhance their delivery capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in promoting scalability and agility within the partner ecosystem, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of Okta's customers.
