Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to oversee operations and lead a local team in New York. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced environments. You'll be responsible for driving improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey information and resolve conflicts. Your ability to develop and engage your team is crucial, as you foster a positive work environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in ever-changing environments and have a proven track record of being a change agent, improving processes and efficiencies to enhance operational performance.
As a Site Leader at Gopuff, you will be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment oversight. You will plan and direct operations to ensure that key performance indicators are met, driving improvements that enhance the overall performance of the facility. Your role will involve teaching and training site leadership on expense control and labor management to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
