Grafana is seeking a Growth Account Director to prospect and grow existing business across the West region. You'll manage forecasts and track customer data while employing a consultative sales approach. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in a consultative approach that prioritizes understanding customer needs before presenting solutions. Your ability to build relationships and nurture existing accounts is key to your success. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing your time effectively to meet targets. You understand the importance of data in tracking customer interactions and forecasting sales opportunities. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to clients. Experience in the tech industry, particularly with open-source tools or observability solutions, would be a significant advantage.
