You have a strong background in sales, particularly in Commercial SaaS, and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to effectively engage with clients. Your technical knowledge, possibly including coding experience or familiarity with developer tools, sets you apart in understanding customer needs and articulating solutions. You thrive in client-facing situations and are passionate about driving sales in a rapidly growing environment. Your ability to build relationships and guide prospects through the buying journey is key to your success. You are adaptable and eager to embrace the challenges of a hyper-growth company, ready to evangelize a future where anyone can create software using natural language.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, guiding them through the buying journey and ensuring they understand the value of Replit's offerings. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the potential of the platform and orchestrating non-engineering hackathons to engage users. Your responsibilities will include new client acquisition as well as supporting and retaining existing customers across various segments and geographies. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align Replit's value proposition with customers' business objectives, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to help drive the company's growth.
