Taboola is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive success for their worldwide advertisers. You'll work closely with Sales and Account Management teams, providing technical recommendations and resolving issues. This role requires 3+ years of experience and skills in SQL and Google Analytics.
You have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, demonstrating your ability to drive client success through effective sales techniques. Your background includes experience with tracking implementation methods such as Shopify and WordPress, showcasing your adaptability to various platforms. You possess strong customer service skills and have a proven ability to build effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to translate technical investigations and analyses into actionable insights for clients. You are a fast learner, capable of ramping up on the changing needs of the platform, and you thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Experience with DCM and other advertising technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with troubleshooting complex database and backend technology issues. You are someone who continuously seeks to learn and adapt, understanding that the advertising landscape is ever-evolving.
As a Solutions Engineer at Taboola, you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new advertisers and monitor their delivery and performance. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues that arise and providing in-depth technical recommendations and best practices to optimize advertiser success. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex database and backend technology issues, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. You will also be tasked with developing optimization strategies across a book of business, leveraging your technical expertise to drive results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on client goals.
Taboola offers a competitive salary range of $95,000—$105,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
