You have over 3 years of experience managing a sales development team in a SaaS company, demonstrating a strong ability to attract and develop talent. Your background includes 1-3 years in a closing quota-carrying role, ideally as an Account Executive, where you've successfully managed to core KPIs. You understand the nuances of sales development and are passionate about empowering your team to exceed their goals.
You possess excellent coaching skills, enabling you to design and deliver impactful training workshops focused on prospecting techniques, objection handling, and discovery conversations. Your experience allows you to continuously assess and refine sales processes, ensuring that your team is always aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire your team is key to driving a consistent operational cadence that motivates SDRs to achieve their targets.

As the Senior Manager of Sales Development at Navan, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and ramping a team of 6-8 sales development representatives. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through effective team management and development. You will design, deliver, and refine regular training and enablement workshops, focusing on core sales development skills that drive business impact.
You will drive a consistent and impactful operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings, aligning and motivating your SDRs to exceed their goals. Collaboration will be key as you work cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement to ensure seamless execution of SDR initiatives.
Your role will involve continuously assessing, refining, and optimizing SDR processes and strategies. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement measurable solutions that enhance team performance. Acting as a strategic partner to sales leadership, you will ensure robust talent density and consistent achievement of pipeline generation targets.
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $152,000—$190,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
