What you'll do

As a Fraud & Risk Analyst at OpenAI, you will be responsible for developing and operating fraud detection systems that leverage automation and machine learning. You will conduct investigations into Trust & Safety and financial fraud, resolving customer risks through root cause analysis and long-term remediation strategies. Your role will involve analyzing data to build operational metrics and monitoring systems that enhance the effectiveness of fraud detection models.

You will collaborate with various teams to incubate product launch integrity reviews, ensuring that all products meet safety and compliance standards. Your work will include driving continuous improvement initiatives within fraud detection models and risk management systems, contributing to the overall integrity of OpenAI's offerings.

In this position, you will also develop technical architectures that enable scalable vendor reviews, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining customer trust and safety, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
