You have a strong background in fraud detection and risk management, with experience in developing and implementing scalable systems. Your expertise in automation and machine learning allows you to prioritize high-risk cases effectively. You are skilled in conducting thorough investigations into Trust & Safety and financial fraud, utilizing both internal and third-party data to inform your decisions. You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to build operational metrics and monitoring systems that drive continuous improvement in fraud detection models.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Safety Systems Engineers, Research, Product, and Policy teams. Your ability to create and refine policies targeting specific risk vectors ensures compliance with global regulations. You are committed to developing Quality Assurance measurement programs that enhance operational metrics and improve overall system performance.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance in the tech industry. A background in software development or technical architecture can further enhance your contributions to the team.
