We are hiring operations lead to manage technical configurations for Amazon India Warehouse Launches for specialty fulfillment. This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function at Amazon India. The incumbent will be collaborating with Program Managers, Software Developers, Operations and Business Teams to for planning and execution of Launch. This role involves building mechanisms to ensure timely and defect free Launches. Ownership traces from site code creation to launch.
The incumbent will own the following -
1) They will be responsible for working with supply chain, operations, SME, Software Developer, Transportation and other Amazon teams to coordinate Launch activities.
2) They will also own completing technical configurations for launch, which are self-serve.
3) They will liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
Operations lead will be measured on timely and defect free warehouse launches and the impact of their initiatives on reducing the overall Launch timelines.

The candidate is expected to
a) be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
b) be comfortable in configuring sites in various portals first hand
c) have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts
d) be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
e) flexible to work across time zones (when needed)
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND- 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel- Skills including volunteer work, self directed learning
