Desirable

Experience or familiarity with cloud services and data center operations is a plus, but not required. A background in IT support or related fields can be beneficial as you transition into this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will perform key tasks that support the infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. You will be responsible for preparing and installing equipment, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, and replacing or decommissioning equipment as needed. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of the data center operations.

You will have the opportunity to participate in training programs and career rotation opportunities that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within Microsoft. You will work closely with experienced Data Center colleagues who will guide you through the processes and help you understand the complexities of data center management.
