What you'll do

As a Customer Success Partner at CreatorIQ, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value agency partners — your role will involve understanding their unique operating models and aligning CreatorIQ’s platform capabilities to meet their specific needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of influencer marketing strategies. You will proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of the CreatorIQ platform, providing insights and recommendations based on their performance metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to advocate for client needs and drive enhancements to the platform. You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients, ensuring they are satisfied and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources that empower clients to achieve their goals.
